Azerbaijan Scouts Congratulate David Berg! 
We warmly congratulate David Berg on his appointment as the 11th Secretary General of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) on 3 June 2025.
As a lifelong Scout and an experienced leader with over 20 years of service, David brings deep knowledge, vision, and a spirit of collaboration to this important role. His work in developing WOSM’s 10-year Strategy for Scouting, implementing the Global Support Assessment Tool, and strengthening global partnerships stands as a testament to his commitment and leadership.
We are confident that under David’s guidance, the World Scout Movement will continue to grow stronger, more inclusive, and more impactful in the lives of young people across the globe.
